About Us eResponse Group is a division of Eastern Security Services, Inc., which has been serving residential and commercial security clients for over 35 years. We formed this group to focus on smart, self install, affordable security systems all designed for a rapid response from our call center.In health care, eResponse has two offerings for a two way voice emergency response system which is activated by a subscriber through a wireless pendant.
